Lachie Neale BRI (DK $8,400, DS $16,610) is averaging a team high 29.0 Disposals (Season Ave: 114.3pts), his usage at centre bounces is extremely high at 95.7% this season for the Lions.

Adelaide have conceded an average of 331.3 Disposals per game (Rank 18) with most of the damage being done in the midfield, changes have been made at the selection table for the Crows which will introduce a slightly inexperienced midfield mix on Sunday against the Lions.

Matt Crouch & Paul Seedsman were both omitted while Rory Atkins is currently injured, Crouch was used at 60.0% of CBA’s last week while Seedsman was used at 40% & Atkins 15%.

Neale will be a popular selection on Sunday despite his elevated salary, a ceiling game is certainly in play against a weakened Crows midfield.

The match-up for Max Gawn MEL (DK $8,700, DS $16,480) on Sunday against Darcy Fort (Geelong) appears to be quite juicy, the Cats have conceded an average of 77.3pts to opposition Rucks (Jacobs, Ceglar & Pittonet) this season with Gawn clearly in a tier above.

Gawn scored 123pts in Round 2 recording 21 Disposals, 4 Marks & 34 Hit Outs (Melbourne did not play last week), his ceiling is definitely in play against the Cats and Fort.

With Lachie Neale also a prime target at a high salary on Sunday the ownership for Gawn may be slightly underweight with his elevated salary, selecting both would be unique but the salary crunch is on to fill the remaining spots in your line-up.

One player that might be able to provide some salary relief on Sunday is Aaron vandenBerg MEL (DK $3,800, DS $8,250), he makes his return at AFL level after missing the 2019 season through injury.

The experienced vandenBerg (28yrs) averaged 66.9pts* from 7 games in 2018, he has a career average of 67.4pts from just 35 games.

The low salary for vandenBerg is likely too cheap to ignore.
