Jack Steele
Steele has been interrupted throughout the season but may be finally turning the corner. An early season shoulder injury was followed up by knee and Achilles concerns. Steele has averaged 128.3pts from his last 3 games and certainly has a fantasy game that can deliver a strong scoring rate.
One to consider.
Dan Houston
The scoring rate in optimal conditions for Houston is certainly noteworthy. A fair amount of ball is funnelled through to him the way Port Adelaide are structured. Scoring volatility has been an issue across the season but can be offset by his excellent high-ceiling.

Bailey Smith
Smith has been interrupted throughout the season but looked quite healthy in his return from illness last week. He has started forward for most of the season but works his way into the midfield in general play. The scoring rate for Smith has been volatile this season and there likely won’t be significant centre bounce opportunities if the Bulldogs remain healthy in the midfield. Not sure jumping on Smith this week with the Bulldogs in Ballarat is the right play despite his value.
Might be worth a look next week.
Sam Flanders
Flanders was again used at a strong rate through the midfield for the Suns last week. His scoring rate through the middle of the ground is certainly noteworthy with his current opportunities. Interim senior coach Steven King has acknowledged giving other players opportunities as part of their list evaluation which includes Flanders.
One to consider.
Kieren Briggs
The scoring rate for Briggs has declined in recent weeks which is a concern with most rolling with a Tim English/Rowan Marshall ruck combination. Max Gawn is another option to consider with a stronger scoring rate. Briggs has been very solid this season but it may be time to upgrade to better scoring options.
Time to consider a move.
