Western Bulldogs defender Matt Suckling (Groin) is expected to return in Round 8, Bulldogs coach Luke Beveridge has proven to be unpredictable this season so the Suckling return could mean realistically anything.
Melbourne midfielder Jack Viney has avoided shoulder surgery but is expected to miss up to 2 weeks, the Demons have Hawthorn & Gold Coast over the next 2 weeks.
Hawthorn midfielder James Cousins was suspended for 1 game by the MRO, he is averaging 17.0 Disposals & 4.2 Tackles this season.
Bet Lab: Round 6 Wrap
Richmond has put a rough timeline on a return for midfielder Trent Cotchin (Hamstring), he is expected to miss another 3-4 weeks which likely results in an improved medium term job security for Sydney Stack & Jack Ross.
Collingwood small forward Jamie Elliot (Glute cork) is expected to return in Round 7, he missed last week and stated today he was likely to be rested around the same time frame anyway.
