AFLRATINGS NEWS: Senior coach Dean Cox says playing an additional ruck with Brodie Grundy is an option to look at during the remainder of the year (via SEN).
AFLRATINGS Fantasy Impact: Brodie Gundy will get an additional rest period at Round 15 with the Swans on a bye, there will likely be an additional week to rest on Wildcard weekend if the Swans finish top 6. Playing a 2-ruck combo could be a possibility as early as this week against an opposition team that plays a similar set-up in St Kilda, if not the back-end of the year is an option for an additional ruck to be played in order to reduce the workload on Bodie Grundy. Sydney senior coach Dean Cox is mindful on preparing the best version of Grundy for finals, this may impact his fantasy scoring output and/or availability to fully complete the remainder of the 2026 H&A season.
