The 2018 season is in the books and there were plenty of long shots that hit, with the exception of the Final 8 market not 1 favourite saluted last season (from those listed below).

Here is how it all went down..

2018 H&A Season Win Line Results

PREMIERSHIP

There was no bigger surprise than this market, the Eagles were not favoured by many during the pre-season and were $51 to win the Premiership prior to Round 1. Eventual runner-up Collingwood were $34 to win the Premiership also prior to Round 1, the Magpies were $1.68 favourites to win the Grand Final against the Eagles.

Both West Coast & Collingwood were an exchange trading dream last season but there were also some nightmares in the Premiership Market, Adelaide were $6.50 prior to Round 1 to win the Premiership and were done by mid-season. Sydney were also a miss in 2018 and struggled at home for most of the year.

Richmond were very popular once the season started after opening at $7.00 prior to Round 1, the Tigers were $2.25 at the end of the H&A season & $1.85 prior to their Preliminary Final loss to Collingwood.
