All reports coming out of Geelong this pre-season suggest Patrick Dangerfield is in peak condition, 12 months ago he was dealing with a back complaint & subsequently injured his hamstring in the final JLT Series game which led to his Round 1 absence.
“I’m not sure in numbers but in terms of a percentage it would be easily double, if not more which is pretty significant” Patrick Dangerfield on completing the amount of training sessions this pre-season compared to last via @BenGuthrie_.
Dangerfield averaged 105.4pts in AFL Fantasy & 121.7pts in SuperCoach in 2018, he averaged 121.1pts in AFL Fantasy & 136.4pts in SuperCoach in 2017.

Connor Rozee was selected at pick 5 in the 2018 AFL Draft, if he can establish himself in the JLT Series he is a decent chance to debut in Round 1.

Further comments from Port Adelaide suggest they won’t isolate Justin Westhoff to one part of the ground this season, he recorded a career season high 19.9 Disposals & 4.9 Tackles in 2018.
“Hopefully this year we can settle Hoff (Justin Westhoff) down a little bit more without having to need him in the Ruck.. so there’s a chance that he will play.. 50-50 Midfield & Forward” Ken Hinkley.
Westhoff averaged 101.9pts in AFL Fantasy & 101.2pts in SuperCoach in 2018.

Elliot Yeo is on track for Round 1 after post season toe surgery, he set a career season high 24.6 Disposals & 6.7 Marks after increasing his midfield usage.
“For me it was about letting things settle.. I had a minor clean up, but for the most part it was just rest for me.. Obviously, the aim is Round 1” Elliott Yeo post toe surgery.

The prospects for Zac Clarke playing in Round 1 probably revolve around the fitness of Joe Daniher, the last 4 weeks of pre-season could impact the Ruck structure for plenty of fantasy coaches.
“The makeup of the forward line will depend on whether we play 2 rucks or not.. We need Joey (Daniher) up & going” Tom Bellchambers.
Clarke may be a decent bench option even if he doesn’t play in Round 1, Bellchambers has played in 75.6% of games in the last 2 years but has completed a solid pre-season so far.
“I’ve been pretty happy with the summer.. Last pre-season I had knee surgery in late January, so compared to last year I’ve got a lot of work in.” Tom Bellchambers.
