Isaac Heeney started forward in Round 1, small forward Ben Ronke comes into the team from last week which further put claims that Heeney will be pushed into a more pure midfield position.
Heeney is a decent value play on both platforms, he scored 115pts last time these two teams met at the SCG in Round 5, 2018.

📊 Paul Seedsman ADE (DS $10,040 DEF/MID, MB $6,000 MID)
Paul Seedsman missed last week due to a finger injury, in JLT 2 he scored 110pts at a rate of 1.34 PPM (Points Per Minute) & further back to JLT 1 he scored 70pts at a rate of 0.95 PPM.
There appears to be quite a few options at the DEF position on Friday night with Seedsman being one of them, he scored 99pts in the corresponding game at the SCG last season.
Seedsman is a decent chance to exceed his salary on both platforms.
