Melbourne

Clayton Oliver MEL (DK $8,600, DS $17,310) has averaged 86.2pts from his last 6 games, the match-up against the Essendon midfield on Saturday provides a decent opportunity to deliver a ceiling type return. 

The Demons are in a must win game to keep their finals chances alive, expect the midfield to be fully engaged.

The price tag for Oliver will restrict ownership, he is a must consider against the Bombers on Saturday. 

Melbourne

Since returning from injury Max Gawn (DK $9,200, DS $17,920) has averaged 95.5pts from 4 games, he has averaged 14.8 Disposals, 3.5 Marks & 36.8 Hit Outs over the same period. 

The match-up against Sam Draper is quite favourable on Saturday, with the Demons finals hopes still alive expect Gawn to lead the way in a must win game.

With so many premium midfielders in a good spot on Saturday jamming Gawn in won’t be easy, expect ownership to be somewhat under owned.

Since returning from injury Rory Sloane ADE (DK $5,500, DS $10,820) has slowly worked his way back to full match fitness, this has resulted in an increased workload at centre bonces in recent games. 

Sloane does have a ceiling type game, the match-up against the Tigers midfield should provide an opportunity to post a decent return. 

The salary for Sloane is quite low compared to what he is capable of, his ownership will likely be very strong on Saturday.
