Collingwood

Brodie Grundy COLL (DK $8,200, DS $15,190) has scored fewer than 80pts in 3 of his last 6 games, however coming off a mini break in Round 16 he recorded 90pts with a very strong second half.

There were concerns last week with Grundy receiving treatment at half time, but that second half performance did restore some confidence.

The ceiling game for Grundy has disappeared in the second part of the 2020 season, he has scored 100pts or more in just 1 of his last 9 games.

With Port Adelaide playing a dual ruck set-up on Monday night the default selection will be Grundy, another 7 day rest should have him fresh enough for a ceiling game to be in play and create enough score separation over Peter Ladhams & Scott Lycett.

Port Adelaide

Tom Rockliff PA (DK $8,500, DS $15,990) enters the game on Monday night in red hot form, he has averaged 122.0pts from his last 2 games which includes an average of 30.5 Disposals, 3.0 Marks & 7.5 Tackles.

Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley has been consistent on his team not dropping off at any stage late in the H&A season, expect the Power to be motivated enough in this game for a chance to claim top spot on the AFL ladder.

Collingwood & Port Adelaide are quite strong in contested possession, expect that trend to continue on Monday night which should suit the game of Rockliff.

Recent form will encourage plenty to select Rocky on Monday night, ownership will likely be strong.

Value

Tyler Brown COLL (DK $3,400, DS $6,720) scored a season high 60pts last week against Gold Coast, he recorded 14 Disposals, 5 Marks & 1 Goal.

Brown has been used as an inside midfielder at stages this season but has settled into an outside role over the last couple of games, his ability to work through traffic & hit targets further up the ground is a genuine strength.

Brown will take up a midfield position in roster construction, his salary is likely too low to ignore.
