AFL FANTASY TAKE

The injury to Ryder in the Elimination Final may delay his start to the 2021 pre-season if surgery is required, the Saints used him in a dual ruck set-up which proved to be successful in 2020.

From a fantasy perspective Ryder did negate the fantasy ceiling for Rowan Marshall in 2020, with Ryder likely to go around again in 2021 at the age of 33 to begin the season suggests Marshall will again be impeded.
