AFL FANTASY TAKE
Young averaged 38.0pts from 2 games in 2020 for the Bulldogs, he scored a season high 48pts against Gold Coast in Round 8.
Opportunities at the Bulldogs were quite limited for Young, he’ll see plenty of game time at the Kangaroos who have hit the reset button and will likely prioritise youth in the short to medium term.
Young hasn’t been on the radar from a fantasy perspective but has the game that will be well suited to a half-back rebounding type, it’s worthwhile placing him on your 2021 pre-season watch list as a potential value selection.
Young is an outside possibility for AFL Fantasy classic, but that role & scoring potential needs to be visible over the pre-season.
Young is a late round flyer in deep draft leagues as a bench option, again he needs to show something over the pre-season.
