AFL FANTASY TAKE

Viney averaged 75.4pts from 16 games in 2020, he scored a season high 132pts in Round 1 against West Coast.

The latest setback for Viney at this stage isn’t cause for concern missing Round 1, however monitoring his return to training for the remainder of the pre-season is necessary.

James Harmes is expected to re-join the Melbourne midfield this season, it is not known at this stage which players will be negatively impacted the most. Viney is likely to retain his high midfield usage.
