Cameron is hopeful the injury is not too serious & Preuss could return to pre-season training in 2 of weeks.

“Hopefully we’ve got our fingers crossed & it’s not too bad & it’s only a couple of weeks, but we’ll have to wait & see.” Cameron added.

AFL FANTASY TAKE

Preuss averaged 50.0pts from 3 games at the Demons in 2020, he averaged 62.5pts as solo ruck in 2 games.

The latest injury setback isn’t ideal for Preuss or the Giants, hopefully he’s only sidelined for a short period of time.

Matthew Flynn would likely move into the No.1 ruck position at the Giants if Preuss were to miss a significant period.

Preuss will be a very popular target at Round 1 if healthy in AFL Fantasy classic, his starting salary will be low enough to allow for spend at other positions while providing decent scoring output.

Preuss likely slides a couple of spots in 10 team standard draft leagues.

Pruess is now a pass in all fantasy formats.
