Matt Rowell is expected to be available later this season, he injured his knee in Round 1 against West Coast.
Rowell sustained a partial tear of his PCL, he will be in a brace for 6 weeks.

There is no current time frame for a return at this point, he will be assessed as his rehabilitation progresses.
“It’s unfortunate for Matt as he had worked tirelessly to ensure he was ready to play after recovering from the shoulder injury he suffered last season,”

Rowell is unfortunately out for a long period again, hopefully he can return later this season at full fitness.
He was expected to see high usage at centre bounces this season, that will now be distributed amongst other players.

Noah Anderson is expected to see an increase in centre bounce this season, Will Brodie could see an increase with Rowell absent.
Rowell is a trade out in AFL Fantasy classic.
