Voss spoke in front on fans at training on Friday, he provided insight into what to look out for in 2022.

“How we resource it, the numbers we put there and ability to be able to put delay on the ball or win it out ourselves will be a really important facet of our game.”
“And the other part is, we’ve put a massive emphasis on the transition part of the game.”
“Both offence and defence.”
“We want to make sure that our defence stacks up well, so we put ourselves in some really good positions on the field to attack from.” Voss said.
He also added that he was a “bit of a fan” of the Carlton pressure forwards.
He acknowledged Matthew Owies, Corey Durdin and Josh Honey.
