Lachie Neale continues to impress this pre-season after an injury interrupted 2021 AFL season.
Multiple injuries restricted the 2020 Brownlow medallist to just 17 games last year.
A bounce back 2022 AFL season is likely according to Brisbane defender Harris Andrews this week on RSN.
When discussing players that have performed well over pre-season Andrews was quick to point out Neale.
“Definitely Lachie Neale as well,”
AFL News on Twitter @aflratings “He’s comeback as a bit of a man
on a mission.”
“He’s super fit, obviously really invested in the group.”
“We’re all really excited about what he can achieve after what was probably a little bit of a frustrating year last year with injuries,”
GAME DAY LIVE on Twitter @aflratings_Live “I’m sure he’ll probably get back to the form
of 2020 and if not go even further.”
“That’s really exciting for us as a playing group.” Andrews said.
Neale averaged 27.1 Disposals, 3.9 Marks & 4.1 Tackles from 17 games in 2021.
Fantasy Impact: Lachie Neale averaged 97.4pts from 17 games in 2021, he scored 100pts or more in 47.1% of games.
The reports coming through for Neale over pre-season have all been positive, expect a strong showing for the 2022 AFL season.
Neale was used at 82.6% of centre bounces in 2021 in games he played in, expect high centre bounce usage again in 2022.

Neale is a consideration for season long fantasy at Round 1, he is likely to exceed his starting salary at Round 1 and be amongst the top ranked mids this season.
He should be ranked high on your draft boards in single season draft leagues.
