This according to Adelaide senior coach Matthew Nicks on Friday.
Milera has missed a significant amount of football in the last two years, he returned last week playing just 61% of game time.
Nicks provide further insight at his weekly presser.
AFL News on Twitter @aflratings“10 or 15 games from Junior at AFL level would be a fantastic
result at the end of the year.”
“He’s in our best 22.”
“He felt, so did I and so did the match committee that him having a couple more hit outs, maybe one or two at SANFL level would benefit him more than pushing through an AFL game.”
GAME DAY LIVE on Twitter @aflratings_Live“We were very open and honest about
where we see things, and we felt as he did SANFL for maybe a week or two.”
“See what we can do there, really grind it out.”
“We know he’s going to be able to accumulate the footy, we know what he can do there but this is about putting his head down and really grinding and getting his fitness to that level.” he said.
