AFL News: Sam Frost has signed a contract extension with Hawthorn.
He is now contracted until the end of 2024 after signing a new two-year deal.
Frost joined the Hawks from GWS during the 2019 AFL trade period.

Hawthorn National List and Recruiting Manager Mark McKenzie provided an update on Friday.
“Despite only being in his third year at the club, Sam has quickly developed into a valuable leader for our young and emerging group.”
“Along with being among our most fierce competitors on the field, Sam continues to help foster Hawthorn’s strong culture, as well as drive standards to set us up for future success.” McKenzie said.
