Fantasy Impact: Coby Burgiel will add depth to the West Coast playing list. Â
He is sharp around goal with excellent awareness, he can adapt to multiple roles through the midfield and even behind the ball.Â
The short term fantasy prospects could be decent, West Coast are clearly on a youth path which could provide Burgiel with opportunities in 2023. He has the ability to slot into multiple roles.

His long term prospects could vary, a small forward role would provide low and inconsistent scores while a move up the ground will provide a better fantasy scoring rate.Â
Season long fantasy: Burgiel is an option when he makes his debut, he’s clearly a watch for a specific role early. Keep an open mind if he breaks through for a debut because any type of role away from the forward line could provide a decent scoring output.Â
Single season draft leagues: He’s likely a pass in single season draft leagues.
DFS: He’ll be a consideration if he is allocated a role away from the forward line especially at a low entry level salary. Â
