AFLRATINGS NEWS: The optimism is growing on Clayton Oliver‘s availability for the early part of the 2024 AFL season.
Melbourne’s GM of AFL Performance Alan Richardson wouldn’t provide a definitive answer on whether Oliver would be available for the season opener but said they remain hopeful (via SEN).

He added that he is certainly tracking in the right direction.
Oliver played in the final stages of the practice match last Sunday and is expected to feature in the final practice match of the season prior to the start of the season.
