GEELONG

Late Changes: –

Key players missing: Tanner Bruhn, Patrick Dangerfield, Zach Tuohy, Toby Conway, Jack Bowes. 

Injury List: Geelong

AFLRATINGS Fantasy Notes: Geelong continue to take a cautious approach with injuries and player management, Tanner Bruhn and Jack Bowes will miss this week which opens up significant midfield opportunities. The Cats are conceding 54.8 inside 50s per game this season (Rank Eq 15), they are also averaging 74.0 uncontested marks per game (Rank 16). Senior coach Chris Scott has indicated that they may send someone to Zak Butters or Jason Horne-Francis this week, Mark O’Connor would likely be the preferred option through the midfield for Geelong.

AFLRATINGS Fantasy Notes: Significant changes for the Power this week which does provide multiple opportunities, Ollie Wines and Jason Horne-Francis may see decent midfield usage with Connor Rozee unavailable. Dante Visentini will take over the ruck position with Jordon Sweet unavailable. The Power are averaging 26.8 scores per game this season (Rank 1), they are also conceding 48.1 inside 50s per game this season (Rank Eq. 2).


FREMANTLE

Key players missing: Sean Darcy, Brennan Cox, Oscar McDonald, Nathan O’Driscoll, Cooper Simpson.

AFLRATINGS Fantasy Notes: No Sean Darcy for the Dockers this week, expect Luke Jackson to be used at a strong rate at the ruck position with Josh Treacy likely supporting in that role when required. Nat Fyfe was the starting sub last week, Matthew Johnson was used at a season-high 33.3% of team centre bounces in the same game. Fremantle are conceding 68.0pts per game this season (Rank 2), they are averaging 89.3 uncontested marks per game (Rank 5).

AFLRATINGS Fantasy Notes: Still no Luke Parker for the Swans, Tom McCartin will miss this week and has been replaced by Aaron Francis. Isaac Heeney was used at a season-high 92.6% of team centre bounces last week, James Rowbottom also recorded a season-high 88.9% of team centre bounces in the same game. The Swan are conceding 70.3pts per game this season (Rank 3), the Swans are averaging 56.9 inside 50s per game (Rank 3).
