AFLRATINGS NEWS: Collingwood midfielder Tom Mitchell will be sidelined for an extended period of time.
He has undergone a minor procedure on the plantar fascia in his left foot (via Collingwood).
Mitchell is expected to miss 6-8 weeks.

“Following further consultation, surgery was the best option to help Tom regain full function in his foot.”
