Injury Update: Koltyn Tholstrup

AFLRATINGS NEWS: Koltyn Tholstrup will miss the start of the 2025 AFL season.  

He is currently dealing with a bone stress injury (via Melbourne).

Tholstrup is expected to miss the next 10-12 weeks. 

“Koltyn was on a modified training program following an end of year review and was coping well integrating back into training.  

“As part of his ongoing management, we conducted a follow up scan and unfortunately this identified early signs of bone stress. We expect this to keep him sidelined for the next 10 to 12 weeks.” Melbourne GM of AFL Performance Alan Richardson.

Melbourne will likely provide updates during his rehabilitation period.
