AFLRATINGS NEWS: Essendon defender Mason Redman was assessed for a left knee concern on Sunday.
He came from the ground in Q1 and did not return to the game.

Essendon confirmed the knee issue throughout the game for Redman.
He has undergone scans to determine the severity of the injury.
Redman is expected to undergo surgery on a torn meniscus (via Mitch Cleary on Monday).
