Michael Gibbons & Matthew Cottrell have been signed by Carlton via the pre-season Supplemental Selection Period (SSP).
The former Williamstown midfielder Gibbons has won two JJ Liston Medals (VFL Best & Fairest Winner), he averaged 28.6 Disposals for Williamstown in the VFL in 2018.

Cottrell averaged 13.1 Disposals for the Dandenong Stingrays in the TAC Cup last season.
Both Gibbons & Cottrell have been signed to Rookie contracts.

If named at Round 1 Gibbons will be a popular target for fantasy coaches, he is likely to be a MID only along with a price tag of $170K.
The specific role for Gibbons will be key to identify at Carlton, if he can have an immediate impact then he could generate a substantial amount of cash in season long fantasy.
Cottrell could be a bit of a slow burn, his low Disposal count will result in a slower generation of cash once he plays. Cottrell will also likely start at $170K.
Of the two, Gibbons should be your target.
