Geelong Category B rookie Stefan Okunbor ruptured his achilles tendon at training on Wednesday, he will undergo surgery this weekend.
Okunbor will likely be sidelined for an extended period of time, this type of injury likely requires up to 12 months in rehab.
Okunbor played 8 VFL games in 2019, he was recruited from Ireland at the end of 2018 & is currently 21.
