West Coast shutdown specialist Mark Hutchings has undergone knee surgery, he will be sidelined for 3-4 weeks (via @cleary_mitch).
The Eagles will likely provide an update on a return to training date for Hutchings in the near future, he did not play in Round 1 against Melbourne.
Hutchings averaged 11.9 Disposals, 2.9 Marks, 2.4 Tackles from 18 games in 2019.

AFL FANTASY TAKE
Hutchings did not play in Round 1, the addition of Tim Kelly this season in the midfield will allow West Coast coach Adam Simpson to be more aggressive in the middle especially with a healthy Nic Naitanui at Ruck.
Hutchings is not considered an option in season long fantasy.
