“Just in a tackle George got his foot twisted under Jarrod Witts and unfortunately injured his mid-foot”

“He’s got a mid-foot sprain and a few associated small fractures within his foot so he’ll undergo a period of immobilisation in a boot for the time being and then we’ll reassess his time frames after that.” Suns Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull.

Horlin-Smith averaged 11.9 Disposals, 2.4 Marks & 2.4 Tackles from 7 games in 2019.

AFL FANTASY TAKE

Horlin-Smith is likely a depth player at the Suns now with the amount of talent drafted recently, the lengthy lay-off won’t assist his fitness if he can return to training in the back end of the season.

Horlin-Smith isn’t considered an option in season long fantasy.
