Stephen Coniglio (DK $7,500, DS $14,860)Â is averaging 20.7 Disposals, 1.7 Marks, 4.0 Tackles & 0.7 Goals this season, in his last 2 games against Collingwood in 2018 he averaged 127.5pts*.
Coniglio was used at 80.0% of CBA’s last week without Josh Kelly available, he has been used at 59.2% of CBA’s this season. Expect Coniglio to spend some time in the forward line on Friday night.
With so much value around for the Giants/Magpies game Coniglio may see a lighter ownership, he can’t be overlooked with his ceiling.
Collingwood
Brodie Grundy (DK $8,200, DS $16,510) scored 164pts* in wet conditions which included a career high 73 Hit Outs in the Preliminary Final last year against the Giants (Shane Mumford), Grundy also scored a career high 181pts* against the Giants in Round 18 last season (Dawson Simpson). Both games Collingwood lost.
Despite being a leading ruck in the AFL Grundy turns into another midfielder during general play, he is averaging 18.0 Disposals this season.
Grundy is the highest priced player on both platforms on Friday night, the match-up against Mumford is as good as it can get.

Tom Green (DK $3,100, DS $5,000) makes his way back into the Giants line-up, he was used at 50.0% of team CBA’s in Round 1 however Geelong exploited his inexperience at clearances. He finished with just 27pts.
Green averaged 23.8 Disposals & 4.2 Tackles in the U18 Championships for the Allies in 2019, his clearances were elite at 8.0 per game.
The underwhelming Round 1 score for Green may turn a few away on Friday night, being able to force his way back into the Giants team that has excellent midfield depth does provide increased confidence that he can perform against Collingwood on Friday night.
The salary for Green is far too cheap to ignore.
