Richmond

Bachar Houli RIC (DK $7,700, DS $15,040) has averaged 25.5 Disposals & 93.0pts in his opening 2 games of the season, he plays a major role for the Tigers across half back & with his generous ceiling can definitely exceed his elevated salary.

Dry conditions at Marvel Stadium should suit the mark & kick game style of Houli, the Tigers recorded a slow rate of 12.9 Disposals per Inside 50 last week against Hawthorn which suited Houli.

Richmond coach Damien Hardwick has made several changes to the team this week, one thing that won’t change is Bachar Houli taking control of the ball exiting defence for the Tigers.

West Coast

Andrew Gaff WC (DK $8,900, DS $15,070) is averaging a team high 29.7 Disposals in 2020 mostly playing out on a wing for the Eagles, he has been used at 28.8% of CBA’s this season.

If left unattended, Gaff will do most of his damage up & down the wing with the Eagles using him exiting defence & in uncontested ball control situations.

The price tag is high for Gaff, but his consistency suggests the investment will be worthwhile.

Value

Caleb Serong FRE (DK $2,800, DS $6,200) will make his AFL debut in Round 4, he averaged 24 Disposals as an inside contested midfielder in the U18 Championships in 2019.

Serong can play as a high half-forward type role which may limit his scoring in his first game, he was used at centre bounces in both pre-season games earlier this year but was limited to actual playing time with the Dockers opting to use a deeper squad.

Fremantle coach Justin Longmuir has stated this week he wants to mix up the midfield, hopefully Serong is part of that change and spends quality minutes at centre bounces.

At his low salary, Serong is too cheap to fully ignore on Saturday.
