“He had a little grab in his hamstring when he kicked the ball off the ground early in that third quarter,”
“We got a scan on his hamstring which just shows a little split in his upper hamstring tendon. We think Zac will probably miss about a month.” Giants Head of Medical Cullan Ball.

AFL FANTASY TAKE
The injury to Williams likely provides an opportunity for Lachie Ash to play a more central role for the Giants in exiting defence, Ash has been relatively quiet in his opening 2 games of his career but the long term prospects are quiet appealing from a fantasy perspective.
If GWS coach Leon Cameron maintains the faith with Ash then he is likely a trade in target at his low salary.
Williams has had several injury interruptions this season, he’s likely a pass until fully healthy.
