After an injury interrupted pre-season and the break in the H&A season Mitch Duncan (DK $7,600, DS $14,830) is back to full fitness and his scoring reflects that, he’s averaged 95.0pts from his last 3 games averaging 22.7 Disposals, 6.3 Marks & 3.7 Tackles.

Duncan has been one player at Geelong that has moved to an outside midfield role this season, that certainly has not negatively impacted his scoring ability.

Duncan may be one player that is slightly overlooked on Thursday night with the potential of higher ownership on Patrick Dangerfield & Brandan Parfitt as Geelong mids.

Brisbane are ranked No.1 in contested possession differential this season (+14.6 per game), Jarryd Lyons (DK $8,300, DS $14,950) is a central player in the Lions midfield averaging 23.0 Disposals, 3.2 Marks & 5.4 Tackles.

Lyons has been used at 73.0% of CBA’s this season, he will likely be used at a high rate against the Cats on Thursday night.

If Geelong do send some attention the way of Lachie Neale then Lyons will need to be a key ball winning player at stoppages, the price tag for Neale will also be a deterrent for many with the possibility of a tag.

If you are one that will fade or be underweight on ownership for Lachie Neale on Thursday night, then Lyons should be highly considered.

Thomas Berry (DK $3,100, DS $6,040) was far more settled last week in his 3rd game at AFL level, he recorded 11 Disposals, 2 Marks & 5 Tackles at times moving out of the forward area to assist along the wing during general play.

Starting half forward can be a bit of a wasteland for fantasy scoring, Berry has the attributes of a midfielder and his numbers will eventually reflect that given more opportunity to be around the ball.

The salary for Berry is low enough on both platforms to be aggressive on ownership %, his forward position allows for extra spend in the midfield.
