Port Adelaide half-back Hamish Hartlett has undergone knee surgery, the procedure has been described as an arthroscopic clean up of his right knee.

Hartlett is expected to be available for the start of the 2021 pre-season, he recently turned 30.

Hartlett averaged 14.8 Disposals, 3.6 Marks & 2.8 Tackles in 2020, he was 1 of 7 players at Port Adelaide to play all 19 games.

AFL FANTASY TAKE

Hartlett averaged 60.6pts in 2020, he scored 80pts or more in 2 of 19 games with a season high of 83pts in the Qualifying Final against Geelong. 

The role for Hartlett is unlikely to change in 2021, providing an uninterrupted pre-season he is likely a mid-late round selection in 10 team draft leagues.

Hartlett is a now a pass in AFL Fantasy classic.
