AFL FANTASY TAKE

The injury setback for McInnes isn’t ideal in his first season, 2021 was likely going to be a development year after a 2020 U18 season lost due to Covid.

When McInnes returns to playing in the VFL there will likely be a better understanding of his fantasy potential, until then an early expected half-forward type role is likely to deliver volatile scoring. Long term he may be used in a midfield role.
