AFL FANTASY TAKE

Stringer averaged 41.3pts in 2020, he scored a season high 82pts in Round 5 against Collingwood.

The centre bounce usage for Stringer early in 2020 was high, his bigger body was preferred in midfield match-ups against opposition midfielders.

The injury to an area around the Achilles isn’t great news for Stringer if he is indeed going to be split through a forward/midfield role early in 2021, other Essendon mids are likely to benefit if that midfield role is scrapped.
