He has undergone surgery & is expected to miss 3-4 weeks.
Nth Melbourne has a bye in Round 12, he could be available for Round 13.

Apart from a season low of 51pts in Round 2 Stephenson has been able to maintain a healthy fantasy average this season, he has played as a half-ward & through the midfield at times.

The Kangaroos do have an extensive injury list which limits available options for a direct Stephenson replacement, it may result in some positional moves from senior coach David Noble.
Trent Dumont is on the radar to return.
Stephenson is a trade-out in AFL Fantasy classic.
