Nick Coffield has sustained a knee injury at pre-season training, it has been confirmed as an ACL to his right knee.
The incident occurred at training on Friday morning.

He underwent scans on the weekend.
He is expected to miss the entire 2022 season.
“Nick had been doing everything right this pre-season and we were really looking forward to seeing what he could achieve this year,”
“This is a big blow to Nick, but we know he’ll be doing everything he can to get back out there as soon as possible.
“While this is a significant setback, Nick has the full support of the entire Club as he attacks his rehabilitation.” St Kilda COO Simon Lethlean said.
Coffield averaged 14.3 Disposals, 5.6 Marks & 1.6 Tackles in 2021.
