Tom Clurey will miss the start of the 2022 AFL season.
He underwent surgery post the AAMI Community Series game against Adelaide.
Port Adelaide reporting it was a clean-up of his right knee (lateral meniscus), he is expected to resume training within a month.

“An MRI scan of the knee revealed a meniscal injury, which we felt best to tidy up now to ensure Tom will be available for the majority of the season.
“Assuming everything goes as planned, we would expect Tom to be training again within a month.” Port Adelaide Head of Medical Services Tim O’Leary.
