The second tier of the Final 8 market has shifted significantly, Adelaide ($1.62 to $1.50) have a favourable early season fixture that could result in a fast start to their 2019 campaign.
Hawthorn ($1.75 to $2.35) drifted on the back of the Tom Mitchell likely season ending injury, Geelong ($1.85 to $1.70) have firmed with a solid pre-season and an improvement to their injury list.
GWS Giants ($1.60 to $1.55) & Essendon ($1.62 to $1.57) have shortened & both appear headed for a successful 2019 season, Sydney ($1.75) remain steady and need to improve on a 5-7 record at the SCG last season (Win Pct: 41.7%).
Port Adelaide ($2.00 to $2.35) have drifted on the back of the Ollie Wines injury and the loss of top end talent Chad Wingard & Jared Polec in the off-season, with so many genuine chances to play Finals in 2019 Nth Melbourne ($2.35 to $2.50) move out in betting.

Fremantle ($4.80 to $4.00) have shortened over the summer period and look set to improve in 2019, the Connor Blakely injury may have a detrimental start to their season with such a young midfield group.
Brisbane ($4.00 to $4.25) have drifted despite their optimistic outlook for the 2019 season, the remaining group of teams may find it difficult to break into the Final 8.
