Brisbane
Jarryd Lyons BRI (DK $8,500, DS $16,080)Â has been quite consistent all season, he is averaging 88.0pts per game scoring 80pts or more in 10 of 14 games.
The Wednesday match-up against Gold Coast could turn into a contested midfield battle, this should suit the contested game style of Lyons.Â
With Touk Miller going to Lachie Neale in Round 21 last season it may be wise to look at alternative options instead of paying up for what could be a potential risky spend, Lyons is an option worth considering.Â
Lyons averaged 131.5pts* against the Suns in 2 games last season.
Gold Coast
Hugh Greenwood GC (DK $7,300, DS $14,620) is another that enjoys a contested type game, he is ranked No.1 at Gold Coast this season averaging 7.4 Tackles per game.Â
Greenwood hit a flat spot averaging 65.0pts between Rounds 9-13 but bounced back with 89pts in Round 14, Greenwood averaged 83.9pts between Rounds 1-8. The long break will likely freshen up Greenwood in what should be a contested type game early.Â
Expect ownership to be moderate to strong for Greenwood.Â

Value
Sam Flanders GCÂ (DK $3,000, DS $5,630)Â averaged 37.3pts in his first 3 games but managed just 13pts in Round 14 which will likely reduce his ownership on Wednesday night.Â
Flanders has played mostly as a half-forward/small forward role, an increase in usage further up the ground should accelerate his scoring.Â
There is definitely plenty of upside available for Flanders, he has ball winning ability but we are yet to fully see it AFL level. There is risk in selecting Flanders again, but the reward is equally as high if he does provide a decent return.Â
