Jack Ziebell is set for a new role in 2021, he confirmed a move to half-back on Saturday.
“Nobesy floated the idea pre-Christmas about floating across half-back, that’s something I definitely entertained.” Jack Ziebell via @Stevo7AFL.
Ziebell has been training in that part of the ground during pre-season, he will add senior leadership but will initially lack experience early in 2021.

AFL FANTASY TAKE
Ziebell averaged just 37.6pts from 8 games in 2020, he scored a season high 70pts in Round 3 against Sydney.
Nth Melbourne will likely be a team that is going to be under defensive pressure all season, targeting ball winning players across half-back due to increased fantasy scoring opportunities is worth considering.
The usage for Ziebell across half-back over the pre-season is a must watch.

If the half-back role successfully plays out over the pre-season then Ziebell will be a consideration at Round 1 in AFL Fantasy classic, there is upside potential based on his starting salary.
It’s worth upgrading Ziebell in your draft rank in 10 team standard draft leagues.
