Jacob Hopper will be sidelined for an extended period with a knee injury.
He was experiencing pain in his knee post round 1 and missed last week, further consultation today revealed a new injury.
Hopper requires surgery, he is not expected to return until the second half of this season.

Phil Davis will be sidelined for 8-12 weeks after injury his hamstring in Round 2.
He will also undergo surgery.
GWS will likely provide updates on both players during their rehabilitation program.
