Gold Coast small forward Izak Rankine was held out of training today due to a shoulder issue, he received a knock to that area in the practice match against Brisbane on Saturday at Metricon Stadium (via @Sports_Brett).
Gold Coast play Geelong in their opening game of the Marsh Community Series on Saturday at Metricon Stadium, Rankine is likely questionable for this game.

Rankine was selected at pick 3 in the 2018 AFL Draft by Gold Coast, he is yet to make his debut.
