Richmond midfielder Dion Prestia has been sidelined with an ankle injury, his ankle was twisted in a tackle in Round 5 against Melbourne.
Prestia was assisted from the ground, he did not return.
The injury has been described as syndesmosis, he will miss an extended period.
Prestia will not travel to the Gold Coast, he will recover in Melbourne.
