GWS Giants
Selecting Lachie Whitfield GWS (DK $8,400, DS $16,920) will come with a heavy price tag on Thursday night, but his dual position status on both platforms will provide flexibility in roster construction.
Whitfield has averaged 96.0pts from his last 10 games, he has scored 100pts or more in 4 of those games.
Despite the salary for Whitfield expect ownership to be strong, a ceiling game should be in play.
GWS Giants
After a couple of quiet games Tim Taranto GWS (DK $6,900, DS $14,370)Â bounced back with 90pts against against Fremantle in Round 14, with Josh Kelly out with injury Taranto should be in a position to win more than enough ball on Thursday night.
An increase in centre bounce usage may not eventuate for Taranto with a potential Cripps/DeBoer match-up, regardless Taranto will be present around enough stoppages in general play to keep the scores ticking over.
With the low scores recently many still might be afraid to commit to Taranto on Thursday night, high ownership is unlikely.

Value
Trent Rivers MEL (DK $4,100, DS $8,320)Â was excellent for the Demons last week across half back, he recorded 16 Disposals, 6 Marks & 1 Tackle for 66pts.
Rivers will be used across half back again for the Demons on Thursday, a score above his salary expectation is in play against the Swans.
Ownership will likely increase on Thursday compared to Round 14.
