West Coast also provided an update on Wednesday.

“He’s in a really good space, almost fully recovered. I think he’s almost signed everything off and he’s a really good chance to play the first final and he’ll be a test later next week.” Eagles GM of Football Craig Vozzo.

Shuey is averaging 19.3 Disposals, 2.4 Marks & 3.2 Tackles in 2020.

AFL FANTASY TAKE

When Shuey is available to return he will likely be used at a high rate at centre bonces for West Coast, the depth in the Eagles midfield has been severely tested in recent weeks.

Looking ahead to 2021 Shuey is going to be heavily discounted based on his low average of just 68.8pts caused by an injury interrupted 2020 H&A season, with such a high midfield usage expected again next season he is certainly worth placing on your early 2021 watch-list.

Shuey averaged 101.7pts* (Including Finals) in 2019.
