Rehab/Limited training group: Tanner Bruhn, Marc Blicavs, Gary Rohan.Â
Non-contact cap: Jake Kolodjashnij, Oliver Wiltshire.Â
Blicavs received a deep tissue massage to his glutes prior to completing an extensive running session.Â
Tanner Bruhn also completed a running session but finished prior to Blicavs.Â
Rowan completed a standard midweek light session only.Â
Kolodjashnij and Wiltshire participated in match simulation.Â
Brandan Parfitt was assessed for a right lower leg/ankle concern at training.Â

Match simulation was a mix of balanced mids while stronger forwards competed against stronger defenders.Â
Preferred team D50 players included Zach Guthrie, Tom Stewart, Oisin Mullin, Sam DeKoning, Mark O’Connor, Jack Henry, Connor O’Sullivan and Mitch Duncan.Â
Stewart almost exclusively played in defence trying to get off his opponents where possible.Â
Connor O’Sullivan switched into the preferred D50 team on occasions replacing Tom Stewart (for a rest) and looks a bright prospect.Â
Duncan was mostly used as the preferred half-back.Â
Mullin started in the preferred D50 team but switched out of that team after the first break.Â
Some of the players that initiated play with a kick-in: Tom Stewart, Mitch Duncan and Zach Tuohy.Â
Max Holmes drifted down from the wing to be a release D50 exit kick target on several occasions.
Preferred key forwards included Tom Hawkins, Jeremy Cameron and Ollie Henry.Â
Preferred small forwards included Tyson Stengle, Gryan Miers and Brad Close.
Miers and Close were used as the higher forwards while Stengle was used mostly as the deeper forward.Â
Shaun Mannagh was used mostly as a small forward in the non-preferred team.Â
Oliver Dempsey spent some time as a high half-forward.Â
Rucks included Toby Conway and Rhys Stanley.Â
Wing players included Zach Tuohy, Max Holmes, Jack Bowes, Mark O’Connor and Mitch Knevitt.
Some of the centre bounce mids included: Patrick Dangerfield, Jhye Clark, Tom Atkins, Cam Guthrie, Brandan Parfitt, George Stevens, James Willis, Max Holmes, Gryan Miers and Jack Bowes.
