Injury Update: Harrison Petty

AFLRATINGS NEWS: Melbourne‘s Harrison Petty was assessed for a hamstring concern on Saturday against Essendon.

Petty came from the ground late in Q4 and did not return to the game.

Melbourne senior coach Steven King confirmed a hamstring issue following the game.

Petty underwent further assessment to determine the severity of the injury, he will miss at least this week with a minor hamstring.



The Demons have their mid-season bye next week, King said on Tuesday he is hopeful of returning in Round 17. 

Melbourne will likely provide an update in the upcoming period.

Petty is averaging 10.1 disposals, 4.6 marks and 2.8 tackles this season (AF PPM: 0.62).
