If there are any setbacks & DeGoey doesn’t make it to Round 1 Jamie Elliott becomes an interesting proposition, he is currently in full training and on track for the season opener and would likely increase his forward target share if DeGoey is a no go.

Lin Jong has been sidelined with a significant hamstring injury, his absence opens up the early door for others at the Bulldogs.

One player that won’t be available for the Bulldogs at Round 1 is Buku Khamis, he injured his PCL at training on Thursday & is sidelined for 6-8 weeks.
Khamis averaged 11.4 Disposals & 4.2 Marks for the Western Jets in 2018.
Ruck Tim English has been working on his Forward skills over the pre-season, he averaged 13.0 Disposals & 13.9 Hit Outs in 2018.

Bailey Smith is turning heads at the Bulldogs, an achilles injury late in 2018 will likely delay his debut this season but he is worth a look at when he eventually comes into the Bulldogs team.
