“He won’t be available for the start of the season, we hope to get him back in the first 4-6 weeks” John Longmire on Sam Naismith via @1116sen.
With Naismith declared unavailable for the opening games of the season, Callum Sinclair could remain solo Ruck with the possibility of Darcy Cameron providing support.
Naismith averaged 8.9 Disposals & 27.9 Hit Outs in 2017, Callum Sinclair averaged 14.6 Disposals & 29.0 Hit Outs in his absence last season.

AFL FANTASY TAKE
For those eyeing off Naismith as a cheap option at Round 1 that Ruck structure can now be scrapped, Sinclair will likely retain his strong average of 2018 & Darcy Cameron might be a chance to add to his 1 career game.
Sinclair increased his average from 72.2pts in 2017 to 91.3pts in 2018 without Naismith, expect a regression when Naismith eventually returns.
Naismith averaged 61.3pts in 2017, he is under priced in season long fantasy but a mid-season return provides a difficult trade-in scenario unless injury hits simultaneously to your likely R2 on his return.
